GIARDINIERA: noun (‘Jar-Din-Era’) a spicy Italian-style relish of mixed pickled vegetables. Giardiniera is a very popular jarred condiment in Chicago and is commonly used on Italian beef sandwiches, deep dish pizza, sausages… and pretty much anything else.
You might be asking yourself, why did we name our company after a condiment? Well for starters, we love to eat. But more importantly, much like Giardiniera we all have strong roots in Chicago. We are a dedicated group of folks with an eye for detail and many years combined in the print/pack/ship and marketing industries.
